音声データ及びキャラクター使用規約
エグジットチューンズ株式会社が発売元である「ＭＡＹＵ」の音声データ及びキャラクター使用規約となります。
本使用規約における許諾対象物（以下「本件対象物」といいます）は「ＭＡＹＵ」の名称と「ＭＡＹＵ」のイラストを基にした二次的著作物（キャラクター）と、本製品を使用し作成した音声データです。
また本件対象物に「ＭＡＹＵ」のオリジナルイラスト及びロゴは含まれません。
第１条（使用許諾）
（１）個人や同人サークルが無料または有料で、小規模に配布若しくは配信する以下の対象物に本件対象物を使用する場合は、弊社の許諾は必要ありません（音声データのみのご使用は法人でも許諾は必要ありません）。

痛車、カード、菓子、キーホルダー、クリアファイル、ケース、ゲーム、コスプレ衣装、コスプレ写真集、コースター、ステッカー、ストラップ、タオル、タンブラー、チラシ、T シャツ、同人誌、ぬいぐるみ、パソコン、バンドスコア、フィギュア、帽子、ポスター、マウス、マウスパッド、マグカップ、ロボット、ＣＤ、ＤＶＤ、ＡＲ、ＶＲ、ＭＭＤモデル、ｇｕｍｒｏａｄ。

Rules for Use of Audio Data and Cartoon Character
These Rules for Use of Audio Data and Cartoon Character (hereinafter referred to as “these Rules”) are laid down for “MAYU” of which EXIT TUNES is the original seller.
The license under these Rules shall cover derivative works based on the name “MAYU” and cartoon drawings of “MAYU” (character), as well as audio data produced with the use of Products (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Objects”).
Objects do not include original cartoon drawings of “MAYU” and the logo thereof.
Article 1 (License)
(1) An individual intending to use any of Objects on or for any of the following articles to be distributed or delivered on a small scale, free of charge or for a charge, is not required to obtain a license from our company (a corporation intending to use only audio data among Objects also is not required to obtain such a license):
Cars painted with such a cartoon character (itasha), cards, sweets, snack foods, key rings, clear files, cases, games, clothes for costume play, photographic collections of costume play, drip mats, stickers, straps, towels, tumblers, leaflets, T-shirts, coterie magazines, stuffed toys, personal computers, band-scores, figurines (small models of the character), caps/hats, posters, computer mouse, mouse pads, mugs, robots, CDs, DVDs, ARs, VRs, MMD models and Gumroad applications.
